I've gifted this supplement for my mother and she loves taking this supplement. She told me that she can tell the differences of her hair, nails, skin after taking the supplement for a week. Solid 4 stars.

I've been taking the Hydrolyzed Collagen Powder Supplement for about a month, but I have not seen any noticeable changes in my hair, skin, or nails yet. Research supports collagen's role in improving skin elasticity and joint health, which motivated me to try this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste. The fact that it's made from grass-fed sources is a plus, aligning with my preference for clean supplements. While I am hopeful that the collagen will start to show benefits with longer use, for now, I am still waiting to see any significant effects.

These collagen capsules seem to be good quality. I had no issues taking them and notice the usual benefits for my hair and nails when I take them. They are easy to take and dissolve well.But - these are really expensive when you compare the dose to the typical dose you'd get with collagen powder. For that reason I won't get these again and will stick with powder in the future.
