I haven’t really noticed a difference in my thinning hair spots. However, these do have a great combination of supplements that I was previously taking all separately. That alone makes them worth it.

These hair growth supplements contain very healthy ingredients. It contains biotin, vitamins B1, B2, and E, saw palmetto, and nacinamide. I have heard of each of these beneficial ingredients so I knew right away these were going to be good supplements. I have taken these for 2 weeks now and already noticed my facial hair is growing at a faster rate. Hopefully, this trend continues and it starts to regrow some of the hair on my head! According to the product information, you must take these for 3 months to see a noticeable difference. The bottle contains only 60 pills and you must take 2 pills twice a day, so this bottle is not going to last very long! Decent enough product so far!

I have thinning hair and I’m always looking for something that will help. I saw these and thought I would give them a try. The directions say to take two capsules daily. The capsules are easy to swallow.I have been taking these capsules for a few weeks and I do believe they have made my hair thicker. I’m hoping eventually to see some hair growth where there is thinning spots.I have not experienced any side effects from these pills.
