This supplement has helped me regulate my hormones and has given me way more confidence. I had unwanted hair and was more manly than i ever wanted to be. Although this is generally used for fertility, it helped me balance my hormones and get my body back on track to where it needed. Side note: imbalanced hormones is one of the leading causes of difficulties getting pregnant. I tried for years with no success, and now we have three beautiful children....I couldn't ask for more.

Pills appear to be very fresh. They have a nice smell and are small and easy to swallow. I notice on the days that I take it I have an increase in energy and upliftment and mood. I’ve taken this supplement a few times and may notice an energy boost and a general sense of balance. However, it does require 3 capsules a day. That does make sense as they are fairly small and not an extract. I appreciate that it uses plant-based ingredients like red maca and aguaje. It feels supportive and clean.However, I haven’t noticed any clear changes in my feminine health. While the formula seems well thought out. I am not sure it is strong enough to support my long-term health goals. I’ll continue using it for the energy benefits, but remain unsure about its effectiveness for hormonal or reproductive support.
