I tried RoncOut's anti snoring spray to see of would help me sleep without my CPAP. It would be wonderful to not have to take my CPAP machine with me when I travel. It is supposed to focus on throat lubrication rather than just clearing the nose. Nasal remedies never worked for me. Supposedly, as I'm no expert, much of the reasons for snoring is that the tissues in the back of your throat become too relaxed and causes airflow to be restricted. It seems logical to me that some sort of lubrication would help and the biopolysaccharides are described to create a sort of thin, slick coating that reduces that friction of opening the air passage. You can do your own research to better understand the details of all of this. I had to try it several nights in a row to see if my wife noticed anything. It seems that I still have issues on my back, but side sleeping was better. There might actually be something to this spray, in my opinion, as I also don't seem to get that dry throat when I have used it with my CPAP. Anyhow, the 30 ml bottle is quite compact, making it very easy to keep on the nightstand or toss into a travel bag. The nozzle has a design that allows for a direct spray to the back of the throat without much mess. It doesn't have any harsh, medicinal aftertaste which I appreciate. The natural formula with vitamins seems gentle enough and it has a somewhat neutral flavor that doesn't linger. While it doesn't obviously cure my sleep apnea, it has been helpful. The price point seems to be on the high end, but if it will work for you, it seems like a good investment.
I was hopeful about this anti-snoring spray, but after using it for a couple of weeks, I honestly can’t tell if it’s making any difference. My partner says my snoring sounds about the same, and I don’t notice any improvement in my sleep quality either. The spray is easy to use and the ingredients seem gentle, so I don’t have concerns about irritation. However, I can’t recommend it based on effectiveness - I’m still unsure if it’s doing anything at all. For the price, I expected at least some noticeable results.
Does not work for me. Not even a little bit.
This little spray bottle has been beside my bed for about a month and a half now. I've probably used it as much as I haven't. And, to speak of the mornings that followed using this spray the night before-- I must say that those mornings were just like the rest. I didn't feel more rested or refreshed. But, at the same time, I didn't feel any worse than normal. I'm just not sure exactly how effective this is. I can judge the taste of it, though. If you notice in the picture of the ingredients, water makes up 93.720%. If I were making this product, I would have gone a little heavier on the mint flavors. The taste of this is just so watered down. I don't like when companies make the main flavor of something a hint or a whisper of flavor. I want to taste something delicious that makes me want to use this again, even if I don't know if it works or not.
